Quality Management Department is an organization which under the authority of the enterprise's General Manager of quality control and management. In order to implement the quality management requirements, we established the Quality Assurance Division and the Quality Inspection Bureau. Quality Assurance Section is responsible for the management of daily work of processing, production process and material controlling, product releasing. Besides, the quality of laboratory testing is also the organization of enterprise. Under it are the microbiological examination room, physical and chemical analysis room, sample keeping room, which will be responsible for raw materials, intermediate products, finished products and microbiological inspection of physical and chemical testing, and the observation of keeping samples. With liquid chromatography, visible light , Ultra Violet£¬optical rotation analysis and other advanced detection instruments and equipments, it provides a fast and accurate data detection for the acquisition of raw materials, production process controlling. We have 13 professional staffs that will responsible for products from purchasing, production, and testing. Every process is strictly managed. We established the CRR room of product quality, product samples keeping and production of original records are no less than three years,we also have the prevention ability of retrospective effect on product quality and the emergence of the reasons for failure analysis.
